Our official source of information is the Ervin Beauty website (ervinbeauty.com). If you book through third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Square, or other booking links), all information provided there is considered official if it is linked or managed directly by Ervin Beauty.
2. Photo, Video, and Audio Recording
For the purposes of safety, quality assurance, and staff protection, we may conduct photography, videography, and CCTV recording inside our premises. Conversations may also be audio recorded. By entering our premises and/or receiving services, you consent to such recordings.
3. Payment and Pricing
All procedures must be paid in full as agreed before the start of the service. Prices may vary depending on additional treatments, products, or extended time agreed upon with your provider. The final cost is either discussed before your procedure or listed on our official booking platforms (Instagram, website, Square). All prices are publicly available.
4. Procedure Results
Results may vary for each client. Side effects such as redness, swelling, and bruising are normal after certain treatments and typically resolve naturally.
5. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds once the service has been rendered. Time, professional expertise, and products have been allocated exclusively for your appointment.
6. Client Communication & Conduct
We encourage respectful and courteous communication at all times. We are open to sharing our staff license numbers upon request. However, if any staff member feels unsafe or harassed, we reserve the right to refuse further service or communication.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any concerns or disputes, you must contact us directly. We will review the case using photo and/or video documentation, service notes, and team discussion to reach a fair resolution.
