1. Official Source of Information

All official updates, course details, model bookings, and service information are provided through our website (ervinbeauty.com) and official communication channels (Instagram, Square, or other booking systems). Any other source is not considered official unless directly linked to Ervin Beauty Academy.

2. Photography, Video & Recording

For the purposes of education, quality assurance, and safety, we may conduct photography, videography, and audio recording during classes, demonstrations, and treatments. Students and models acknowledge and consent to the use of such recordings for educational and promotional purposes.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All tuition fees, model fees, and service payments must be paid in full prior to participation.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the training or procedure has started.

  • In cases of rescheduling, credits may be applied at the discretion of the Academy.

4. Model Participation

Models understand that treatments are performed in a training environment under professional supervision. Results may vary, and perfection is not guaranteed. By participating, models consent to the use of their photos/videos for educational purposes.

5. Student Responsibility

Students must follow safety protocols, respect client confidentiality, and comply with all Academy rules. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from training without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By attending training or participating as a model, you acknowledge that Ervin Beauty Academy is not liable for individual reactions, outcomes, or side effects. All procedures are supervised but carry inherent risks.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Ervin Beauty Academy provides educational training courses only.

  • Completion of training does not grant a medical license, professional accreditation, or legal authorization to practice medicine or aesthetics.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations before performing any treatments independently.

  • Certificates issued are proof of course attendance and acquired knowledge, not a license to practice.

All personal data of students and models is kept confidential and used only for administrative, educational, and legal purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
