3-month minimum. $29.97 billed upfront, then $9.99/month. No additional membership charge is due until month 4, when monthly automatic renewal begins and continues until cancelled. Treatment and product charges are additional.

Membership benefit limits: CO₂ and Morpheus8: up to 3 treatments each per 12 months. Endolift: 1 treatment per 12 months. These are membership limits; treatment timing and suitability are assessed individually.
Member packages
PRP
3 sessions · $299 paid upfront with membership enrollment. Any treatment area may be considered, with one tube per session. Suitability and the treatment plan are confirmed by your provider; one tube does not guarantee coverage of an entire area or a particular result.
Membership is paid separately: $299 for the package + $29.97 for the first 3 membership months = $328.97 at enrollment. Membership then renews at $9.99/month from month 4 until cancelled. Ask the front desk about scheduling and package-specific terms before purchase.
Morpheus8
Face: 3 sessions for $1,050 ($350 per session). Face + neck: 3 sessions for $1,500 ($500 per session). Packages are paid upfront; membership fees are separate. Individual member sessions remain $399 for face and $549 for face + neck.
The membership limit of up to 3 Morpheus8 treatments per 12 months still applies. A package does not add treatments beyond that limit. Your provider confirms suitability and treatment timing. Ask about package-specific terms before purchase.

Dr. Sonia Badreshia-Bansal's expertise includes cosmetic dermatology, acne, skin of color and laser procedures. She earned her medical degree at Penn State College of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident.
She is an author and co-editor of Treatments for Skin of Color and serves as Ervin Beauty's supervising Medical Director.
